  20.      May is a pretty active month in health affairs, with no fewer than 34
  21. National Health Observances scheduled in 1992.  They run the spectrum from
  22. Asthma and Allergy Month, Older Americans Month, World Red Cross Day,
  23. Community Safe Kids Week, National Nurses Week, Buckle Up America Week to
  24. World No Tobacco Day (May 31).  I wish I could highlight all of them here, but
  25. certainly none are more essential to American Health than National High Blood
  26. Pressure Month.  The National High Blood Pressure Education Program sponsors
  27. this celebration, and wants to highlight information both on high blood
  28. pressure and stroke prevention.  To this end they have made a Fact Sheet on
  29. each of these subjects available to you, single copies without charge, that
  30. you may obtain by sending a stamped self-addressed, business size envelope to
  31. "Fact Sheets" National High Blood Pressure Education Program, P.O. Box 30105,
  32. Bethesda, MD 20284-0105.  Ask for both the "High Blood Pressure" and "Stroke
  33. Prevention" fact sheet by name.
